We Closed 12/16 on that house in Spanish Fork, I hope they can get all moved in just in time for Christmas!

Update on my Spanish Fork Foreclosure

Well, we are under-contact finally. We are going to close as fast as possible to get them in by Christmas. I don't usually blog about my buyers, but this just seemed like such a smoking deal I wanted to share it. I think we should be able to close December 9th. That is a fast closing.

What a Deal.

Wow, I found a smoking deal for my clients today. We put in our offer and now we are waiting for an answer. I really hope this goes through. 2600sq.ft in Spanish Fork built in 2003 for only $175,000 I am hoping that I get an answer tomorrow!

1 Year with brokers license

So today, I was looking for a vocabulary sheet for a new agent and I noticed that 1 year ago this week I did my brokers license. I thought that was pretty cool. I have enjoyed being a broker and the additional knowledge it has given me.
